Welcome to the beginning of your journey to wellness. I am glad you’re here.

I am a Certified Functional Health Coach from the Institute for Functional Health Coaching with a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.

Having grown up in a health conscious family, as well as being a dancer since the age of 4, I was always aware of how certain foods made me feel. As I grew I sought to learn more about food, and how all the other areas of health played a part in wellness.

I have always been a very curious person, and love to learn. My life thus far has been a never ending quest to learn more about myself from a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, as well as about others.

Being a creative person, I have been involved in various avenues of creativity, as well as professions, and following my intuition while while staying grounded in my values, ultimately has led me to helping people like you along your journey to feel your best, and live a life full of health, happiness, purpose and peace.

Even to help one person, can mean their whole world, and that means so much to me..

My approach

I work to support, guide, and empower you in your health journey..

  • Education

    In order to feel confident in your choices, you need to be educated. There is so much information out there, and it may be difficult to know what to pay attention to. I will help to provide you with reliable information so you can move forward in your health journey feeling informed, confident, and empowered in your choices.

  • Preparation

    Once you become more informed about what may be going on with your health, I help to prepare to decide what changes you would like to make moving forward. I am always here to provide you with additional information, answer your questions, and support you in any way that I can with preparing to make some changes for yourself.

  • Action

    When making some changes in your health, I continue to support, guide and empower you. I always meet you where you are at, and we work at your own pace, and can move slowly and comfortably in your journey to better health, except of course if you need a good kick in the behind to get going ;) It may not always be easy, but I aim to help you to have a low stress experience. Even making small changes along the way, can lead to very big ones down the line, and I strive to always help you remember that.
